Besides its range of security products, PB Elettronica has successfully developed its own after-sales assistance department. It operates through a telephone help-desk, entrusted to the laboratory technicians that manufacture and tests the equipment, as well as dedicated training courses to certify the know-how of the installers that use PB products.
There is also an active system installation and maintenance department, certified with the IMQ mark for systems with level 3 performance, which provides direct assistance to some primary customers, in addition to system design support for installers that request it. This department also provides valuable suggestions and information for continuous product design and improvement.
